Bicycles for rent in Paris on a rainy day. The public bike system in Paris, called "Velib" - from "velo" which means "bike" and "liberte" which means "freedom" - is available 24 hours a day all year long. Pick up a bike at one location, ride where you want, and drop it off at another Velib location!
